You are invited to attend the Town Council meeting being held on Wednesday 10^th January 2024 at 7pm, which will be held at Cotgrave Methodist Church Hall, to transact the business specified below.

Members of the press and public are welcome to observe proceedings. Time is allowed for brief public participation. (Please forward details of any issues to the Town Clerk prior to the meeting).

The press and public will be excluded from the meeting during consideration of Items of business on the grounds that they involve the likely disclosure of exempt information, as defined in Section 1 (2) of the Public Bodies (Admissions to Meetings) Act 1960.

PLEASE NOTE THAT REPRESENTATIVES FROM JBM SOLAR WILL BE IN ATTENDANCE TO GIVE AN UPDATE ON THE INSTALLATION OF SOLAR PANELS.

PLEASE ALSO NOTE THAT A REPRESENTATIVE FROM RESTORATIVE JUSTICE NOTTINGHAM WILL BE IN ATTENDNANCE TO PROVIDE COUNCIL WITH INSIGHT INTO THEIR WORK.

20/03244/OUT Land East of Gamston and North of Tollerton, Tollerton Lane, Tollerton,
Nottingham – outline planning application for the first phase of a sustainable urban extension at land east of Gamston and north of Tollerton, comprising up to 2,250 dwellings, a primary school, a local centre (Class E, a, b, c, d, e, f and g) and hot food takeaway (sui generis), a strategic infrastructure including associated buildings, children’s play areas, strategic infrastructure including drainage and engineering off A52 and Tollerton Lane with all other matters reserved.
